Arm Roast 2 to 3 Lbs or 3- 4 Lbs
Chuck Roast @ to 2-3 Lbs or 3-4 Lbs
Ribeye Steak with or without the bone
T- Bones Steak / Sirloin Steak / Ribs / Round Steaks
Minute Steaks come form the Rounds, you must give up some Round Steak to have minute Steaks
Rolled Rump Roast 2- 3 Lbs / Heel Roast
Hamburger packaged in 1 or 2 Lbs packages / Dried Beef can be made
Beef Summer Sausage or Beef Snack Sticks can be made from the Hamburger. Must be 50 Lbs no less.
